twyn lets creators build AI-powered digital clones that can talk to visitors on their behalf. twyns are artificial intelligence — they are not real people. responses are generated by AI based on creator training.
creators are responsible for how they train their twyn. you agree not to train your twyn to produce harmful, misleading, or illegal content. your twyn represents you — treat that seriously.
don't use twyn to:
twyn responses are AI-generated and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate despite best efforts. we don't guarantee the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of AI responses. creators can take over conversations at any time for direct communication.
we reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. you can delete your account at any time by contacting us.
twyn is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime or availability. we'll do our best to keep things running, but stuff breaks sometimes.
to the maximum extent permitted by law, twyn is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to AI-generated content, data loss, or service interruptions.
we may update these terms. if we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the platform. continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
